The terms and conditions as stated below form a contract between Savera Foods Limited and the Client. All references to the Client are the person who confirms the booking.

The Client is responsible for the payment of all charges incurred. All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.


The Client must confirm all bookings in writing via email, letter or fax. The Client’s confirmation means the Client has accepted the quotation and these terms and conditions


Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation and may be subject to change following a site visit of the venue.


For all orders a non-refundable deposit of £500.00 is required to confirm the booking and secure the services of Savera Foods. Savera Foods will notify the Client of the deposit required and the date(s) of payment. If the deposit is not paid on the date(s) specified, Savera Foods reserve the right to cancel the booking. Please note that handling fees apply to credit card payment.


Any cancellation of an event must be notified to Savera Foods in writing. Your cancellation will only be deemed cancelled when the cancellation notification has been acknowledged. In the event of such cancellation the following percentages of the quoted price will be payable by the Client to Savera Foods:

Cancellation within 7 days of the date booked for the event – 50% of the quoted price
Cancellation within 3 days – 100% of the quoted price

Balance Payment Terms

Cleared funds must be received 10 days before the function. In the event that the balance is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without further notice. Please note that handling fees apply to credit card payment.

Number of guests

Savera Foods requires a final number of guests at least 10 working days before the event. Unless otherwise agreed, such final numbers will be the minimum number invoiced for but numbers may be increased up to 48 hours before the date booked

Dietary Requirements

All special dietary requirements must be notified to us in writing at the time of booking.


Savera Foods reserve the right to substitute alternative food if the items ordered cannot be obtained. Savera Foods will where applicable discuss any changes in advance with the Client and prices may be subject to revision


We endeavour to meet all delivery deadlines however we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries when circumstances are beyond our control. We will however, communicate this to you in a timely and professional manner.


For bookings where utensils are provided, the Client must pay a £50.00 deposit upon collection or delivery of the food. This will be refunded when the utensils are washed and returned to us within 3 days from the date of the function. Any utensils missing, damaged or returned dirty will be charged for.

Clients Obligations

The Client shall be responsible for arranging his or her own insurance to cover any potential loss due to theft, damage, cancellation or replacement of the event however caused. The Client or their guests will not bring any food for consumption, or to remove food from the venue at any time. The Client is responsible for all property used on the day

Loss or damage

The Client will be responsible for and will indemnity Savera Foods fully against all claims, costs, acts, damage or liability arising due to the act, neglect or default of the Client or of any person for whom the Client is responsible.


Savera Foods will be under no liability for any loss, damage or injury to the Clients Property or the property of the Client’s guests or other persons, if such loss, damage and injury is due to the act, neglect or default of a Company or Person (s) recommended by Savera Foods. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that they are aware of the Terms & Conditions of any recommended Company or Person(s).
